All bookings outside of city limits will be subject to a travel fee of $1 per kilometre from the nearest perimeter exit (one way). 

In the event of rain or heavy snow, we may reschedule or offer a virtual visit or zoom party.

In the event that COVID-19 numbers spike or the province shuts down again, we can switch to online options or hold your deposit for a later date. We reserve the right to cancel parties if we feel it is unsafe to attend.

Short notice bookings require an increased level of administrative and accommodation efforts from our team. We may require an additional fee in order to compensate for last-minute arrangements to be made.
