Due to a high volume of calls, we do not take booking inquiries or questions by phone. All communication is handled by email. All package details and pricing are available on our website. If you have reviewed the information and still have questions, please message us on Facebook or Instagram.

After You Submit a Booking Form
You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after submitting your form. Our goal is to respond to all party requests within 2 business days. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our reply.
Our response email will: Confirm whether your requested date and time are available, and provide deposit instructions.
Please note: Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received.
Changes After Booking
After your deposit has been paid, you may request changes to your party date, time, or character. We totally get it! Kids change their favourite character every third day! Changes are subject to availability, and we will always do our very best to accommodate them.
